Karzan Wakil  he is lecturer at the University of Human Development-Iraq and Institute of Training and Educational Development in Sulaimaniyah-Iraq, received BSc. Degree in Computer Science from Salahaddin University-Iraq-2006 and M.Sc. in Computer Science from University Technology Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia, 2013.
