This is what we have been discussed in International Relations books. But there is another cause of war, as one author argues, which is the aliens but carried out for them on behalf by hybrid human-reptilian bloodlines, often shape-shifters, living among us but few of us are aware of them. The aliens feed off the negative energy emerged out of human misery and suffering happen as the result of war. This is a new perspective though it is very controversial and difficult to prove.
